Shipped in the last two weeks, and what landed in the Media Library.
Light or dark, and the calendar says where each post goes
Sep 11Your hub comes in a light version now as well as the dark one. Pick Light, Dark or Auto at the bottom of the menu on a computer, or under More on a phone — Auto is light through the working day and dark after 7pm. Nothing changes until you choose; your hub stays dark otherwise, and the choice is remembered on that device. The calendar also shows where every post is going: each one carries the mark of the network it posts to — Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Business — in the week, in the month grid and when you open a day, with a blog shown as a page rather than a network. A post with no channel picked yet shows an empty circle, so it is easy to spot. Page titles across the hub are a step larger and all the same size now, instead of a different size on each page.
Take the full tour
Sep 11How this works now opens with Start the full tour: a guided walk through your hub on the real pages, one at a time, from Home through making, scheduling and approving your posts to your numbers, the weekly meeting and what we've made for you, ending back on How this works. A small panel in the corner (a sheet above the tab bar on a phone) names each page, says in a few lines what it does and what you do there, and outlines the parts worth pointing at, like Needs you on Home, the + on each day of the calendar and Send for review on Approvals. Tap a name in the panel to bring that part into view. Next and Back move between pages, the arrow keys work too, and End tour or Esc stops it; hide the notes to see more of the page. The tour only shows you around: it never presses a button or changes anything. Further down How this works, Every page in your hub lists each page in your menu, grouped the way the menu is, with what it's for, what you do there and a Show me link.
See itBackgammon in the Break Room
Sep 11The Break Room has a full game of backgammon. Play the computer, or pass one phone or laptop between two people. Tap a checker and every point it can reach lights up; on a computer you can drag it too. Roll, undo a move you didn't mean before you press Done, and double the stakes with the cube if you're ahead. Pip counts sit above the board, and when a game ends you see whether it was a single game, a gammon or a backgammon and the running score. Your game is saved on your device, so leaving the page doesn't lose it.
See itSend everything in review as one link, from Approvals
Sep 11On Approvals, the In review column now has a Send for review button showing how many pieces are waiting (on a phone it sits above the pieces). It opens the send sheet with every calendar post that’s in review already ticked, and each one goes on the link with its day, its caption word for word and who has to approve it. Untick anything that isn’t ready, check the title, add who it goes to and a note, and press Send. If some of the pieces are already on a link you sent, the sheet names that link and who it’s waiting on, and you choose: add the new pieces to that same link, keeping everything already on it and every decision made, or send a new link for only the pieces that aren’t on one yet. Nothing goes out until you press Send, and if an email can’t be delivered you still get the link to copy. Once it’s sent, those pieces say who they’re waiting on and open the review link.
See itThe week's top news story, drafted for you
Sep 11Every Monday morning the hub picks the top news story of the week for you: the most relevant headline from the last seven days in In the news, favouring stories about the market as a whole over one company's deal or hire. It writes your own take on it (never a summary of the article) with the publication named, checks every word against your compliance rules, and saves it as a draft on your usual posting day. You'll find it in Needs you on Home, labelled Top story of the week, waiting for your approval. Nothing goes out until you approve it. On Market for me, the article it was written from is marked Drafted as this week's top story.
See itHow this works
Sep 11A new page under Account shows how your marketing gets made: the five steps from an idea to a posted, measured piece, a click-through example that walks one sample post from draft to approval to your calendar, the software we built for your hub, and the tools it runs on. Every step has a button that opens the real screen.
See itBetter on your phone
Sep 11Tap any image to see it full screen: pinch or double-tap to zoom in, swipe sideways through every slide of a carousel, and swipe down to close. It works on the calendar, Approvals, Home, Media, the weekly meeting and Analytics. The phone screens got a tidy-up too: Home no longer opens zoomed out, typing in a box no longer zooms the page, buttons and links are easier to tap, the tab you are on is clearly marked, and nothing sits under the iPhone's home bar or the chat button. Analytics opens again on every hub.
Add graphics and set the day for each piece in the weekly meeting
Sep 10In This week’s content, every piece now shows all of its graphics in a strip under the preview. Add graphics opens your Media Library, newest first with a search box, so you can pick several at once, or upload new ones straight into a folder for that week. Move a graphic earlier or later, remove one, or on a reel choose which image is the cover. Each piece also has a day and time you can set in the room: Schedule puts it on the calendar, with an Undo. A piece waiting on someone’s approval says who it is waiting on and opens their review link instead.
See itDrag pieces between columns on Approvals
Sep 10On the Approvals board you can now drag a piece to another column. Drop it on Approved or Scheduled to approve it and put it on the schedule (a piece with no day asks for one first), on Draft to send it back with its words and graphic kept, or on Posted once it has actually gone out. If a move isn’t allowed, the column says why and the piece stays where it was. Anything waiting on one of your named approvers stays with them: the card says who it is waiting on, opens their review link, and can’t be approved or moved for them. A piece the compliance check blocks can’t be approved or scheduled until it’s fixed. Every piece also has a Move to… button that does the same without dragging, on a phone too, and every move can be undone.
See itAnalytics is organised into tabs, with the week at a glance first
Sep 10Analytics now opens on This week at a glance: impressions, engagement, the posts that went out and your latest email open rate, each with its change from last week where there is one, and one sentence that sums the week up. Social, Email, Pipelines and your report archive each have their own tab, and a link can open any of them. Published posts show once per post, with the networks it went to and a link to each live post. Long email lists show the latest five until you ask for all, and anything not connected yet is a single line saying what it needs.
See itWhat you post on your socials shows up on your calendar
Sep 10When a post goes out on the accounts connected to your HighLevel, the hub marks it posted on your calendar within half an hour, with a link to the live post. If it was already on the calendar it is marked posted; if it wasn’t, it is added as posted, so your week shows what really went out.
See itMedia is filed by campaign and show
Sep 10The media library now opens on your shows and campaigns, newest first: podcast clips with a folder for each episode, each campaign with its reels, carousels and backgrounds together, then Blogs & posts and Brand & backgrounds. Folders read as plain names, like the guest or “Last call”, and one search box at the top finds any file by its name, episode or campaign. Nothing moved: every link and scheduled post still points at the same file.
See itColour that tells you what something is
Sep 10Each kind of content now has its own colour everywhere you see it: on the calendar, in Approvals, on Market for me, in Made for you and on Home, so a reel always looks like a reel and a blog like a blog at a glance. Status keeps its own colours: amber needs you, green went out, red failed. The week across the top of Home and the rows under Needs you use the same colours.
See itOn Friday, Home shows next week
Sep 10From Friday, the week across the top of Home, the This week cards and Market for me all look ahead to next week, because that is the week you are lining up. Today’s posts still show under Needs you, and your results stay on the week you are in.
See itA clearer Home
Sep 10Home now greets you by name and shows your week at a glance: Monday to Friday across the top, a dot for each post, a green check once it has gone out, amber when something needs you, and a dashed circle for a day that still needs a post. One sentence under the greeting says what needs you, or that you're clear. Under the create box, This week has a card for each post in your rhythm with one button to fill it or open it, and How it's going sits beside it with impressions, posts this month and your next post. Page titles use a cleaner typeface.
See itMaking something on Home is one line, and Made for you schedules in one tap
Sep 10The box at the top of Home is now a single line: say what you want to post about, attach a photo or clip with the small button inside the line, and press Make 3 options. Your ideas sit right under it, then one line to jump straight to a Post, Reel, Carousel, Blog or Email. Made for you cards are smaller, so you see more of them at once: tap a picture to see it with its caption, or press Schedule to put it on the next good day. To pick a different date, open the piece and schedule it from there.
See itEvery finished reel and graphic shows its caption, ready to copy
Sep 10Open a reel, graphic or carousel from Made for you on Home, or in Media, and its caption sits right under it with a Copy caption button. Edit changes the words for this post, and Schedule puts that caption on the calendar with the file. A piece with no caption yet has Write a caption: three to pick from, checked against your rules before you see them. Save to this file keeps your wording with the file for next time.
See itMarket for me is now one page: plan and fill your week
Sep 10Market for me opens on your week in your brand colours: how many pieces are planned, one button to write or fill the week, and Approve all when drafts are waiting. Each day has a card with Preview, Edit in Studio, Swap idea and Approve, and an empty day offers three ideas you can write with one press. Below that is one list of ideas to swap in, split into In the news (only stories from the last two weeks), Seasonal and Evergreen, plus campaigns behind a single Run a campaign row. New graphics use your brand gradient with big type instead of a stock photo, and any photo you pick yourself still shows.
See itA calmer, cleaner look
Sep 10The hub has a quieter look: fewer boxes, lists you can scan, and your brand colour only on the buttons you press. Page titles use a display face, dates and counts sit in a tidy typeface of their own, and pages show their shape while they load instead of flashing blank. Home now opens with how many things need you today, the setup checklist sits to the side on a wide screen, and Reschedule offers the next few days right in the row. On a phone, the bottom bar has a round Create button and More opens as a sheet from the bottom.
See itA calendar you can drag, an Approvals page, and ⌘K
Sep 10My Week opens on a new calendar. Week shows each day's posts with their picture, time and status: drag a post to another day and it keeps its time, with Undo if you change your mind (on a phone, hold the handle on the right of the post). Month shows the whole month with the dates that matter to you, and Feed grid shows how your Instagram will look, newest first. Approvals now has its own page next to My Week, showing every piece from Draft through In review, Approved and Scheduled to Posted. Pieces that are yours to decide have Approve and Send back. Anything waiting on a named reviewer says who it is waiting on and opens their review link instead. On a phone you can swipe right to approve and left to send back. Press ⌘K (Ctrl+K on Windows), or the search button, to find a post, jump to any page, or type an idea and make three options.
See itSave a reel or graphic straight to your phone or computer
Sep 10Download on a reel, graphic or slide now saves the file instead of opening it in a new tab. On a phone the button says Save and opens your share sheet, where Save Video or Save Image puts it in your photos. Carousels and folders of graphics have Save all, which saves every slide at once. It works in Media, on Home and on review links.
See itA simpler Home: make something, what needs you, what's ready
Sep 10Home is three parts now. At the top, the create box, with a row of ideas under it you can tap to start. Under that, Needs you: one list of everything waiting on you, like pieces to approve, posts that were due (press Posted it, Reschedule or Skip) and notes from whoever is reviewing, with every button spelled out. Posts from more than two days ago fold into one line so they don't pile up. Last, Made for you: your finished pieces, ready to schedule. Your setup checklist moved to Getting Started, the full numbers open from the How it's going line at the bottom, and on a phone the buttons for your other hubs are under More so they no longer cover the page.
See itSay what it’s about, pick from three finished options
Sep 10The Make something box now takes your idea, typed or picked from the suggestions, and hands back three finished options in your brand: a single post, a reel with its script, and a carousel, each with its caption and checked before you see it. Pick one and it opens in Post Studio. Post Studio is easier to use too: the picture stays in view while you edit, the caption sits right beside it (under it on a phone), and Schedule it puts it on your calendar. Six ready-made looks replace the rows of style buttons, and the fine controls are under Adjust. Post Studio now starts blank instead of with a sample review. If you already know what you want, Just make a Post, Reel, Carousel, Blog or Email is still there.
See itPost it yourself, or have it posted for you
Sep 10My Week has a How posts go out switch for social posts and for blogs. Pick “I’ll post them myself” and every post gives you the caption to copy and the graphic to download, and Mark as posted keeps the calendar and the weekly meeting honest. Pick “Post them for me” once an account or your website is connected. Either way, the hub still writes and checks everything.
See itGoals, with a number to hit
Sep 10Goals has its own page. The goals you gave us at onboarding are already there. Give each one a target, a date and a running count, and add your own. The weekly meeting now opens with them, so every week starts from what the marketing is for.
See itThe weekly review link reads like an agenda
Sep 10The link you send for approval now lays the week out by type: reels, static posts, carousels, the blog and the weekly email. Each piece opens like a folder, with the graphic or video and its versions, the caption word for word, the day it fills and who still has to sign it, and gets its own Approve or Needs changes. Blogs show their header and the graphics that promote them. The weekly email is a row of options to swipe through and open, and Send this one picks it. Anything already posted is shown for the record and not asked about.
See itThe weekly meeting is where the week gets approved
Sep 9Share this week for review makes one link from everything on the calendar — each piece carrying the day and slot it fills, its caption word for word, and who still has to sign it. Press it again later in the week and the same link updates. What the reviewer says comes back onto the meeting page: approved by whom, waiting on whom, or the change they asked for, in full. When their note quotes a replacement line, the hub offers to rebuild that graphic and shows you the before and after first.
See itBlogs land on WordPress finished
Sep 8A blog drafted from the hub now arrives on your site with its header image, category, tags, excerpt and search title filled in. When you publish it there, the link is written into the matching social post's caption.
See itThe Statement post style, and blog headers
Sep 8The big-headline look over a photo, with your logo and disclaimer, is now a post style you can pick. Sizes include a wide blog header.
See itA missed post says so
Sep 8If a scheduled post's time passes without going out, the home page and the calendar flag it in amber with two choices: Posted it, or Reschedule. Two statics on the same day also get a note, because the rhythm is one.
See itReview links refresh in place
Sep 8A link you already sent can be updated with the current files in its folder. Decisions already made are kept. Carousel folders open in slide order.
See itCited figures pass the check
Sep 8A number attributed to its source in the same sentence, with a link or a named publisher, no longer trips the 'needs source' warning. Returns and preferred-return figures are still held to the documents.
See itMedia files have real names
Sep 8Titles no longer come from file names. Click a title to rename it; ordering numbers sort but never show.
See itA weekly meeting page
Sep 8Last week's numbers, this week's content with every version, script and caption editable live, then what's new. The order the room asked for.
See itSocial results on the hub
Sep 8Impressions, reach and engagement for the last seven days on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, with the change against the week before, read straight from the accounts we publish to.
See itShare a folder for review by link
Sep 8Any Media folder becomes a link that needs no login. The reviewer approves or asks for changes per piece, and the decisions show beside the folder here.
See itEverything we've made, on Home
Sep 8A rail of every graphic, carousel, reel and email, suggested pieces first, with tabs for Posts, Carousels, Reels and Emails. Click for a preview, then schedule it.
See itCalendar: pick the platforms per post, see the media
Sep 8Open a post to see its graphic, slides or video and choose Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn or Google for that post alone. Posts added from another device no longer disappear.
See itBranded email templates you can edit
Sep 8Emails preview in the brand's colours with real buttons and the compliance footer. Add or delete paragraphs, headings and buttons, then copy the HTML into the sender.
See itBring a photo or video to any maker
Sep 8Attach your own photo or clip when you ask for a reel, carousel, blog or email; it lands in the Media Library and rides into the piece.
See itPlan the week from ten ideas
Sep 8Home opens on a rail of ten ideas: news, your Brain, calendar moments, quiet audiences. Tick up to five and the week writes itself, one piece per weekday, in your voice.
See itApprove all, skip with an X
Sep 8A week approves in one press; any row leaves with the X and comes back from a one-line count. Progress bars show while anything is being written.
See itYour website's numbers, when Site Kit is shared
Sep 8Visitors, page views, search clicks and top pages from WordPress. Waiting on the site owners to share Site Kit with our login; the card says so until then.
See itCarousels customise like posts
Sep 7Edit every slide's words and photo, upload your own backgrounds, and spin a carousel into a blog post or a Google Business post.
See itExport to Canva, post it now
Sep 7Any graphic opens in Canva at the right size with its caption; Post it now sends caption and graphic to the network's composer in one press, TikTok included.
