Say what it’s about and pick from three finished options. Everything is written in your voice and checked before you see it.
Tweet-style posts
Six short ones from your approved facts: a did-you-know, a myth corrected, a tip, a question, a number with its source, and how you work. Text for X and Threads, a graphic for the feed.
Every line is written from Launch Your Real Estate’s approved knowledge and checked against the rules; a line that fails the check is dropped rather than shown.
Reels and videoPost a clip, write a caption, narrate it, cut your own footage
Post a video
Pick the clip, add a caption, choose when. That’s it.
1 · The clip
2 · The caption
3 · Where and when
Posting straight to social isn’t connected on this hub yet — you can still upload and copy the caption.
Make a reel: intro, b-roll, outro
Record a few seconds to camera at the start and the end, tick the footage in between, and the hub stitches a branded 9:16 reel with a cover and an end card. Cut off the hub by our worker, so it takes a few minutes.
Narrate it
This hub doesn’t have a cloned voice yet. We set one up from about two minutes of clean audio and written consent from whoever is being cloned. Until then, read the script yourself over the clip.
Write me a caption
Say what it’s about. You’ll get three to choose from, in your voice.
Narrate in your own voice
We can create a voice for Launch Your Real Estate and use it to narrate reels and video scripts written in this hub — you write, it speaks.
It takes a short recording of whoever will be the voice, and their written permission. We’ll walk you through both — it’s about fifteen minutes, once.
Make a reel from your own video
9:16 · title + end cardUpload a clip, write the hook, and get the two branded frames that turn it into a reel — plus the caption. Drop them on the front and back of your clip in CapCut or Instagram.
MP4, MOV or WebM, up to 50MB. Shoot vertical if you can.
The last word of each takes the accent colour, the way the produced reels do it.
The Hub makes the frames, not the finished film — stitching video needs tools this server hasn’t got. Adding a title and an end card to a clip is about thirty seconds in any editor.
Pick an audience and a goal, and the Creative Engine builds a complete concept — hook, caption, image prompt, and (for reels) a full scene breakdown.
